Schedule of Pre Examination Changes to Core Spatial Strategy Recommended by the Joint Planning Committee

This schedule sets out a small number of changes to the Core Spatial Strategy that have been endorsed by the Joint Planning Committee. The recommended changes comprise points of clarification or changed emphasis in response to representations, together with revisions to take account of updated technical information and/or national and regional guidance. In some cases the recommended changes alter the sense of a policy or how it will be applied. The Core Spatial Strategy is considered to be sound as submitted. However the changes set out in this schedule would improve it and are to be recommended to the Inspector. These changes are being consulted on from 5.30 pm Friday 14th September to 5.30 pm Friday October 26th 2007. All representations will be passed on to the Inspector appointed to examine the Soundness of the Core Spatial Strategy.
