NNJPU Update Report on SUE Viability - October 2015

This statement examines the strategic viability of the uncommitted Sustainable Urban Extensions (SUEs) proposed for allocation through the North Northamptonshire Joint Core Strategy (NNJCS), namely West Corby and Rushden East.

BNP Paribas have updated our development appraisals for the above two sites and also undertaken a review of the recently submitted appraisal data for Rothwell North (also proposed for allocation in the NNJCS but subject to a current planning application).
